Don't move here! The managment is horrible, rude, loses and forgets everything, is difficult to work with and just plain not friendly to residents. Once you sign the lease you can forget about seeing maintenance or anything. We have had a huge problem with spiders for months now and they won't tkae care of it. Imagine spiders crawling around inside yoru aparmtment everywhere. The playground equipment is unsafe. (THere are nails sticking out of it everywhere) The laundry facilities now have a fee just to get in the door, plus the quarters to use the machines. To top it all off the residents recently got a notice that they are going to be going inside every apartment to check for "cleanliness ..... and pets to update their records" so they can charge people who have pets. How can they go inside my apartment just to check if its clean? The outside is so dark in certain areas that you can't see anything and so its well known that gang members and drug deals go down all the time. Don't be fooled by the gate it doesn't keep anyone out. Whatever you do don't move here!!
