Review content:
We called Roto-Rooter plumber from the Chicago office for an issue we were having with our sump pump. They got here the same day, were very professional, and thoroughly explained what the problem what and what steps they would take to fix the issue. While working on the issue, they took the time to explain what they were doing and why, as well and orient me to how the replacement parts worked.
