I saw Sarah after a minor car accident that caused me to receive whiplash. First off, I had no idea how painful whiplash was! After a few days of toughing it out I decided to seek out a massage therapist. I'm so glad that I went to see Sarah! She was very attentive to my concerns and offered me immediate relief that only continued to improve afterwards. Sarah "checked in" throughout the massage to make sure I was comfortable with her pressure. She was able to loosen up the tight areas of my neck and back and offered several follow-up stretches/exercises I could do at home to further recoup. I also realized how important regular massages are and will be seeing Sarah again soon! Truly, this was a highly professional, attentive and soothing massage!
