Review content:
I have dined at Cheesecake Factory Restaurants in Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Las Vegas, San Diego, and Seattle. Although the menus were very similar, each restaurant had its own flair and personality. The menu is diverse with entrees that range from casual to elegant, and the cheesecakes are wonderful - if you don't like cheesecake, the apple dumpling is incredible! The quality of the food, the size of the servings, the service, and the whole dining experience is consistently first rate - which accounts for its popularity. The only negatives are the usual 1 to 2+ hour wait before being seated and they will not take reservations. Opening a Cheesecake Factory (the 2nd in North Carolina) at Crabtree Valley Mall will revitalize that mall. Its popularity and reputation for excellence will bring new and former customers back to the mall.
Pros: Large, diverse menu, Great Service, Terrific experience
Cons: Usual long wait, No reservations
