Review content:
Do not make the same mistake I did--do not take your vehicle to the Midas in Roseville, MN on Snelling Avenue.
I took my vehicle there for a $1,000 repair job. Within 1 week of the repair, the car leaked coolant in the area in which they had been working. When I brought it back, they told me some hoses needed to be replaced at a cost of $220 w/ labor plus a couple hoses, which are inexpensive. I asked that they reduce some of the labor costs because the hoses should have been replaced when I brought it in the first time. They would not reduce the labor costs, and they were insulting and belittling! This was a problem they should have identified and corrected the first time the car was torn open, but they wouldn't hear any of it. Three days later, guess what?--another coolant leak. I had to bring the car back in again. This time, they forgot to tighten a clamp. To be fair, they didn't charge me for that occasion--but they never apologized or even acknowledged what an hassle it was for me. Also realize that each time I had to bring it back to them, they need a day to look at it and consequently I have to go without my car for that day--not the end of the world, but an inconvenience that shouldn't happen. Forward roughly 8 months, the car is leaking very badly from that same area. I took it to a new mechanic and they concluded the hoses were not tightened properly again.
So, beware of the Midas in Roseville, MN on Snelling Avenue. There are a many more, better places out there for both oil changes and repair jobs.
