Review content:
I've had many bad car repair stories, so I've bounced between auto repair companies on more than one occasion. I first went to Midas in Roseville for oil changes and then because I needed some last-minute brake repair. On these two occasions, I was very impressed by how straightforward the people working there seemed. The work was always done in their projected time frame and, on days where I left the car at their shop and got a ride from a friend, they finished their work as soon as possible. Even when problems from their work reappeared later (i.e. a replacement part failed shortly after service), they replaced it at no charge. When there was work that they didn't do, they offered helpful suggestions of other companies in the area that might. Like all auto service places, they do tend to make recommendations of service (obviously to get more business, which can be a little annoying from time to time), but they make these recommendations feel more suggestive rather than intimidating like some repair shops do. Needless to say, there is a reason I've been coming back to Midas for over a year now and, if they keep up the good work, I'll keep coming back in the future. Pros: Problems are fixed, employees seem honest Cons: None that I can think of
