Career Pro is much more than a fancy resume writing service. In fact, they are (John OConnor in particular) my agents and coaches. John knows my professional history intimately. He is aware of my strengths and weaknesses. He advises and counsels me on interviewing techniques, networking events to attend, salary negotiations, how to properly write cover/thank you/follow-up letters and then some. Career Pro has provided professional assessments, as well as actual job leads. John has always been available to take my calls and when he is busy, he returns my calls promptly. He has provided coaching before and after interviews whenever Ive needed it.
Regarding the actual resume writing, I also highly recommend Career Pro! Their team of writers has created a marketing piece that I am proud of. It reflects me, presented at my best. They have taken my experience and background, used eloquent words and phrases to make it sound more impressive than even I believed it to be all the while telling the complete truth! Recently I was interviewed by a company that told me during the meeting that one of their requirements was a certain education level which I dont have; however based on the strength of my resume they wanted to meet me anyway.
My nickname for John is that hes the Jerry McGuire of career management! I trust completely that hell facilitate helping me to find the next position that fulfils me, as well as shows me the money!
