Businiess name:  Mandolin Apartments
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
The mandolin apartment doesn't keep an eye on when they have contractors working on their property. In the first part of genes they had painters hanging the balcony railings. During this time I was working out of town. When I got home on Friday at 3:15 in the morning my balcony to work was standing open. I e-mailed the management staff of the mandolin apartment around 3:45 in the morning. I'll also start calling at 9 a.m. when the office opened up. I wasn't able to getting manager to talk to me about this particular situation. It was about 3:30 in the afternoon before Mike Wells decided to talk to me over this particular information. He did some investigation and claims that nobody was in my apartment during that week. Mike offered to change the locks on my apartment through an e-mail. I e-mailed him and told him that I would love to have the locks changed. A month and a half later, the locks still hasn't been change. The manager and staff of the mandolin apartments has lied to their tenants. To this day, Mike Wells will not return my phone calls or e-mails over any problems I have in their apartment complex. Pros: nothing Cons: mandolin apartments staff lies to you
