Review content:
We just moved into our first house 8 months ago and found that our overflow and drain for the tub was not connected correctly. We temporarily repaired the drain with new hardware and gaskets but the pipes ultimately needed to be replaced. It held for some time until I went to take a bath and the tub drain started leaking from the other side and onto my ceiling below. I called Roto-Rooter and they told me the response time would be 1 hour. Harley showed up at my door in under a half a hour and immediately stopped the dripping. He also came back first thing the next morning to replace our overflow and waste shoe. I have never had such great service. Harley is very knowledgeable and even gave us some advice as well as helpful tips for the future. I would recommed him as well as his company if you ever need reliable, honest work done to your home. Thank you so much for saving our ceiling!
