I had one bad experience at this salon where the stylist was an hour late, then tried to push product on me the whole time and who ended up giving me the worst hair cut I have ever had. She was horrible! But now I go to a different stylist (Kristy) who is always on time, never tries to push product on me and who listens to what I want and always gives me a great haircut. Kristy also charges a fair price ($35 for wash, trim and style). This is a more trendy salon so you may not like this place if you are not into that scene.
