Review content:
Our main sewer line backed up and after 2 days of trying to fix it ourselves, we had to call the experts. When I made the call to Rotor Rooter I was told a plumber would call me between 4:00pm to 7:00 pm. Only after a couple of minutes from making the call, Mike the plumber called and said he was on his way. Considering I live in Houston, I never expected him to call me so soon. When Mike arrived he got straight to the point and told me what he thought the problem was. Within a short period of time, Mike was able to open the line. Since then, all is well. Thanks Mike!
