I agree with James. I delt with the owner Scott and he has no customer service skills at all. I had an appointment for a sprinkler install quote and he never showed up for the appointment. There was a bit of a mix up on the appointment. He supposedly double booked my appointment. I was a little sarcastic with him in an email because I was upset he never showed for appointment. He refused to even do the job at all after I apologized to him. Hey if you can't keep your customer appointments straight then how reliable is your business anyway??? He may have lost a potentially 5000 dollar job. His loss.
I would strongly stay away from this company.
