Review content:
The instructors and staff made me feel welcome from the first day. I am now in love hot yoga and always feel comfortable in the pleasant atmosphere. Every 90 minute class is worth the investment. The knowledgable instructors make me feel confident that I will stay free from injuries. BTW don't make the mistake of thinking that this yoga is not a "real workout". This studio also offers "regular" yoga and pilates, but I have not attended these classes.
