I think everyone is writing about the dealership that is now MB of Westminster...so I'll go ahead and weigh in. I have had two very distinct experiences with MBW repeatedly. Before we bought our ML550, everyone treated us like royalty. Should I have been surprised? Up until we signed the papers, the worst treatment we got was the usual back-and-forth negotiation between a car buyer and a car dealer. Nothing to worry about. Once the deal was done, everything went downhill. It took a month for the dealer to get the trade-in squared away and pay it off. In the meantime, we were stuck paying for the new car and the old trade-in, too (we later got a refund for the payment). Then it takes 3 months for MBW to get the paperwork to the DMV! So we went back to the DMV 3 times trying to register the car, but the paperwork still wasn't done from the dealer. Then the car itself had problems. One of the seat belts was broken, and we're still waiting for that replacement part (they ordered the wrong one). And the Tele-aid system was all screwed up, meaning we went back to the service department 3 times while they tried to fix it. My advice is to ALWAYS get a loaner car, even if they say it's going to be a 15 minute job. I am really underwhelmed with this service department. Also the tele-aid is supposed to be free for a year, but MBW still charged us for a year once we took delivery on the car (they later refunded that, too). This car and dealership has been more of a headache in the 3 months we've owned it than the 10 years I've been driving. I would definitely be very skeptical of the staff here, and seriously consider finding another place to buy a Mercedes-Benz. Pros: Treatment BEFORE buying Cons: Treatment AFTER buying
