when it comes to me paying to have something done i want it done right as well as know what i'm paying for, i emailed this company and briefly tolsd them of a bed bug problem i was having i asked for a quote and also asked what form of method they will be using. they promptly responded to my email and told me everything i needed to know. i then called them, received a quote and made an appointment. they came in did exactly what they said they would in a friendly and thorough manner they then returned 10 days later for a follw-up treatment. i have no complaints or regrets in hiring this company would defenitely call them again!
