I purchased 2 tickets for me and my 3 yr old child to see Tale of Desperaux. The transaction went fine, but when I got in, bought the popcorn, and proceeded to the theater they stopped me at the door and said that the theater was full! I was informed that I would have to see Kung Fu Panda 2. Problem is that we have already seen it. I asked for my money back instead of going into a movie I have already seen. They informed me that I would not receive a refund even though the only alternate picture they had was one that we had seen. After that we went into the picture, but my 3 yr old grew restless in 30 minutes since she had already seen the movie, and we had to leave.
I feel ripped-off and cheated, and will never be returning to a Regal Chain Theater. There are other options in the area.
