Hmm--I read the one other review for this dentist (too late, apparently) and wonder how their 1 star rating translated to 4 stars on the main board... That said: Why I gave it one star...because I couldn't give it NO stars. I agree totally with everything the first reviewer stated. I've been to this dentist twice. The first time I went for "just a cleaning", which they turned into a full exam and charged me for (under my insurance a cleaning doesn't cost me anything.) The next time I went in it was for a broken tooth (the tooth was not causing pain). I told them I'd been in before, they didn't have any record of me, and started a whole new file for me. They looked at the tooth, shoved some soft substance into it, told me my only option is to have the tooth capped, and handed me a financial loan application. They gave no other options, no other information, not a damn thing. The whole experience is like going through a conveyor belt. The dentist doesn't spend more than 5 minutes with you. The assistants go about their jobs like THEIR teeth are being pulled. And then they have the nerve to charge patients for services NOT rendered, and for their OWN negligence with appointments. If you call them and are unfortunate enough to get the answering machine, they will not return your call, and they don't even check the messages for DAYS! So---what do I recomend? Go to your local barber for a tooth extraction rather than this yawhoo. Cons: absolutely everything
