Review content:
I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Throughout the sale, the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Since the papers have been signed, I have been completely ignored. I had a very simple question I asked the salesman to look into, and he promised to call me back. He never did. I called and spoke to the Sales Manager, who also promised to look into it and call me back. He never did. I sent the General Manager two emails and these were both ignored. They were also supposedly going to send me a customer satisfaction survey to fill out--guess what? That's right--they never did. When I went back to the dealership, the only person available was the finance person. He sounded like he would actually do something, but again, did not call me back as promised. IF you can manage to get the service department to pick up the phone, they can be helpful. Also, the receptionist is very friendly and seems to genuinely want to help--of course she is limited in what she can do. The car, for the most part, has been fine, but I wish I had bought it from a different dealership. If this is the kind of response (or rather, lack of response) I get to a simple question, I have a feeling it will be even worse if something major happens. This dealership should not even be allowed to use the term, "customer service," unless their service is to completely ignore customers--in which case they do a stellar job. Do yourself a huge favor and buy your car from someplace else! Next time I buy a car, I know I will.
