Review content:
I bought my son's first rocket last month and when he opened it we noticed that it had obviously already been opened previoulsy. We brought it back to the store and asked for an exchange. The teenage front desk clerk asked, "Is that really the truth?" when I told him the rocket kit had been opened and there were pieces missing. I asked him if he was questioning my intregrity and he replied, "Some people like to lie." I was about to ask for the manager when he decided to just exchange it on the spot. The sales person who helped me the first time was helpful, polite and knowledgable. Everything worked out fine but not the greatest experience of my day today.
