I've now bought two mattresses from this company (one off Parker in Aurora, one near park meadows on Park Meadows Dr.) and have been extremely satisfied with both purchases. The queen I bought in '99 still holds up very well (and I'm a heavy dude). I've also got compliments from others who've slept in it.
I recently bought a King size from the Park Meadows store and 3 months later I'm extremely satisfied, not only in quality, but the fact that the sales person took the time to triangulate in on my and my girlfriend's needs. We literally sprawled out on about 8 choices, and each time we'd give him feedback he'd re-tweak what he thought would be best for us. I was kind of skeptical of all this, but man....he was so right with his final recommendation (of course, he left the choice up to us). Our sales rep's name was Chris Barr -- a real nice guy too, not a lot of sales mumbo jumbo either -- I hate that crud. I highly recommend the company and Mr. Barr.
Pros: Assessing our needs, nice sales folks that aren't pushy
Cons: I think the only thing they could have done better was a follow up call to make sure we liked the mattress.
