This place is used to be called Serra Chevrolet but now Jeff Schmitt Chevrolet! I definitely learned my lesson buying a car at this place and would not go back, NEVER! I thought I was being wise enough reviewing every bit of information through the buying process. In the end we still ended up getting ripped of. After closely reviewing our loan documents, none of what the salesman and I agreed upon was there and there were over 3k additional charges and this is not including taxes and documentation fees... They make it look like they are helping you reach your goal amount by asking how much you wanna pay monthly on your loan but really they are adding up all kinds of fees so that even if you had to pay lower monthly on your auto loan you ended up paying more than you have to!!! DO NOT buy from this place or at least be VERY VERY careful. Review every bit of information over and over... I'd say go somewhere else if you have a choice. I should have just walked out after finding the first discrepancy but I made a mistake!!!
