I have been a customer of Grand Prairie for many years. I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership and have dealt with Mr. E. Harrison and several other staff involved in the transaction of the sale of my vehicles both new and used.
I was always treated with respect and felt I was satisfied with the outcome each time. I have been involved in sales and my expectation was to be given a good deal, I went in after doing my research and knew the value of the car i was looking for and expected to get a fair deal knowing that as any salesperson that some commission is involved and should be or why would they be in business.But again knowing that I also knew what my limits were and verbalized exactally what it would take for me to make a deal, ,My experience was positive in all three transactions and I would recommend Grand Prairie Ford to anyone.
I agree with the above person that unfortunately the negative will be posted far more than the positive and sadly not all true when the outcome is not to their satisfaction.
I have had excellent service in all the departments including the maintainece department with prompt followup and call backs to ensure I received excellent service. I have moved long distance from this dealership but still Grand Prairie is the only place I would purchase a car, I feel they rate above others in ''customer service''. I am a chevy man gone ford...
