I've gone here a couple times within the last couple months and have never failed to be impressed by the impeccable service. Their staff is fully knowledgable and able to handle any question you throw at them; from where does this wine come from to what exactly is a cherry jubilee? The food itself is okay, nothing stunning or fantastic, just a higher level of sophistication than most of the restaurant offerings in Scotts Valley. Their three cheese ravioli in garlic wine sauce is a standout however, try it with a dinner salad on the side. Overall a good experience, if nothing else for the staff.
