I joined Mediclinic to loose about 20 lbs. I felt horrible about myself and the way I looked in pictures. After 3 months I lost over 25 lbs! It's been almost 4 months since I lost the weight, and it's still off. Mediclinic not only helps you loose, but teaches you the right way to eat and keep it off!
