Carlos really knows his stuff! He truly knows what looks good on you. Whenever I leave the salon, I always get tons of compliments on my haircut and highlights. He also works really quickly, which is great if you haven't got a lot of time. I used to go elsewhere to get my hair done, and I'd spend half the day in the salon. When I found Carlos a few years ago, I was ecstatic because he's able to color and cut my hair in half the time. I won't go anywhere else ever again.
Pros: Great eye for what looks good on you, works quickly, nice guy
