My fiance and I found out about Herman via Yelp. We went over during lunch to try on some wedding bands for him. While the boy looked, Herman and I started chatting and he admired my engagement ring, which the boy had chosen from an original design from an online jeweler. When I told him that I needed it re-sized and worried that the diamond was not secure, Herman sprung into action. He could not have been more helpful, taking me personally to the several specialists within the store. I was nervous about leaving my ring with anyone, as I had not let it out of my sight since becoming engaged in October. But, Herman was reassuring, patient and warm. In less than 24 hours, I got my ring back in perfect condition. The original designer had used a "box" that was incorrect for the shape of the stone, and Herman's associates did a spectacular job of correcting this error. I would return to his store in a heartbeat.
