Review content:
I had taken my new car in person for an estimate and the sales person took 2 hours to provide a quote. However, the quote provided was not based on the component I wanted so I asked for a call back within the next week. The store manager Joe shook my hand and promised he'd research into the quote. After waiting for a week for the call, I called to see what's happening with the quote and appointment, and got "we'll call you back shortly." I didn't hear back until 4 days later, and this time the caller tells me "we've removed you from the schedule." As a consumer, I've spent a lot of time waiting in the shop for the quote (which was incomplete), having being promised by the manager that there'd be a follow up call, and then having to call again myself to chase the follow up call, and to get called back 2 weeks later to be told that they don't want to work on my car and removed me from the schedule completely. The transpired events warrants a customer service grade of POOR in my book. This was going to be my second car to be done by Earmark, but I've taken my business to Alta Mere instead. Pros: Shop is located close to home Cons: Extremely poor customer service
