Overall I like my haircut except for the hairline on my neck, but I'll discuss that with my stylist. She does a very good job. My dissatisfation comes from the receptionist and the electronic confirmatins. When I made my first appointment I was told that the cost of my cut was $25. I went for a second appointment(after confirming by email), sat in the waiting area for approximately 10 minutes with the receptionist. He never spoke to me except to tell me that it would be a few minutes. After my hair was cut and I was to pay he informed me that the cost was $30. When I questioned him all he said was that there was an increase. No apology or explanation and he acted as though I was something unpleasant he had picked up on his shoe. I'm not complaining about the cost increase, just the manner, or lack of, in which I was informed. I really like the salon and the woman who helped me schedule the appointment was very professional and helpful. However, the young man at the desk on Saturday the 16th of April didn't present the best image for your business.
