I called them out for an estimate for a couple of jobs at my house and received quotes for both. One quote was much higher than comparable solutions but the smaller job was much cheaper. So I scheduled them for the cheaper job. Difficult to get them to actually schedule the day for the job. Finally got them out and then they said that my quote did not include color matching existing concrete, which the quote did and that they could not create same brushed look as my driveway, which the sales person said they could. The sales rep also said they want payment with credit card but owner said there would be 3% charge for this but I was not told this up front. All in all the work was good and what I had done was at a low price but I did not like all of the discrepancies the day of the job. I would not deter anyone from using them, however I would suggest you be VERY thorough and get everything documented before the job starts.
