Review content:
For oil changes and maintenance, I always take my car here. Most of the people are friendly and courteous.
I always try to have "Frank" as the service manager since he does an exceptional job. I know they're on commission and getting more things serviced on a vehicle equals more money for them, but he never pressures me into anything unless its necessary. Once you start requesting him, he will remember you too.
The other service managers are great too. There was only one occasion where a service manager (forgot his name) tried to persuade me into getting an expensive service done -- he told me my warranty would be void if I didn't get this service, which was a lie-- but I haven't seen him around for over a year.
