Review content:
I had a terrible experience here with my dog. The groomer clipped his nails down below the quick, applied a product to stop the bleeding, and didn't tell me that it had happened. When we got home and walked inside my dog tracked blood across the living room, which is when I realized how short his nails had been cut. I called Mickey's and they were belligerent, denying that it had happened. After several minutes attempting to deny the event the groomer abruptly changed his story and admitted that he'd cut the nails too short and caused bleeding. They refused to apologize, stating that "this just happens" and that "we usually tell the owners, but not always." They may be capable of giving your dog a bath - I wouldn't trust their ethics or technical abilities to handle anything else.
