Review content:
We stayed at the Best Western Harbor Inn for three nights and found it to be a nice, clean, well run property in a good location. We came into Valdez on the ferry and the staff at the front desk allowed us to check in a little early. When I made the reservation back in April, I spoke to someone on the phone who told me I could make the reservation online and still use my toursaver coupon (stay one night get one free). Apparently this was incorrect because when I was checking in I was told I had to make the reservation over the phone. When I explained what happened, I was allowed to use the coupon. I thought this was very nice because they had every right not to give me the discount.
