This is my 5th stay in 4 years and I have seen many changes from the management to the remodel and I have to say they have proven to be the best thing to happen to this hotel. The staff is attentive they try to see to your every need. The free cont. breakfast is top notch. The new Managers Scott and Debra are always on hand to help you with what you need. Rooms, public areas and staff have all had a major face lift and this place still has the best views in Valdez. My friends and I will always stay at this hotel. Thank you
