Businiess name:  Wahoo's Fish Taco

Review content:
Fish tacos might sound a little off-putting if you're not familiar with this popular Southern California chain that blends Mexican, Brazilian and Asian cuisines. However, without fail, everyone who tries Wahoo's is immediately hooked. Originated in Orange Country, this laid-back spot with a Hawaiian vibe is popular with the surf crowd looking to recharge after a day in the water. There are now Wahoo's all over California, Hawaii, and even Texas, but regardless of which location you visit, you can always expect the same quality and not much variation--consistency is always a plus. The Polynesian shrimp tacos are excellent, as are the ever-popular grilled fish tacos. The selection is pretty much the same as a typical Mexican restaurant--tacos, enchiladas, burritos and bowls with your choice of fish, chicken, carne asada or veggies. Just as good as the main event is the rice and beans that come with the meals. If you're really hungry, you can get a super-filling meal, but if you just want something small, they have a la carte items as well. The drill: walk up to the counter and order, sit anywhere and watch skaters and surfers on the TV's while you wait for your food, then eat and enjoy! Pros: Fresh and Tasty Cons: Pricier than other "fast-food" Mexican spots, but worth it
