Thank you to the service department for excellent service. My family and I were heading toward Philadelphia for a weekend trip from out of state on Labor Day weekend, when our Odyssey began shaking violently. We were able to make it to your service center in the late morning. Kiran and the two gentleman running the shuttle service were excellent. The Odyssey was diagnosed and repaired before the facility closed, thereby not stranding my family (including three children under five) in PA for multiple days. The shuttle drivers helped to load and unload the shuttle with multiple car seats and were friendly and thoughtful with the children. While this may seem like just good customer service, we appreciate it - Thanks again!
