Review content:
I am from Louisiana and have been trying to find a good cajun restaurant in Chicago for a year and a half. A friend of mine from Louisiana recommended this place. The crawfish etouffee was good. It was the best I have had in Chicago. Not better than Mike Anderson?s or Picadilly?s in Louisiana, but still pretty good. I had their gumbo, too, and it was just okay. They served it with jamalaya rice, which looked funny, but was okay. They didn?t server enough sausage or shrimp with it, and I don?t like that they serve it with cornbread instead of crackers. It was spicy but no real flavor. I don?t think the sausage was andoille, either. I would go back for the crawfish etouffee again. Pros: Good Crawfish etouffee Cons: A little more expensive
