I have eaten at both Pierro's in Fayetteville (Ramsey and dowtown). If you're looking at getting a job as a waitress, you may want to rethink ever working here. At the downtown restaurant I waited 1.5 hours for my meal and the manager offered a free dessert to everyone at the table. When it came to ordering a dessert for everyone, we were told the entire table had to split ONE dessert. Today my experience at the one on Ramsey St I waited for an hour and 15 minutes for a wrap-which was the wrong order and had already been sent back twice. Others at the table waited the same for a slice of pizza. My wrap was very dry with no mayo, etc on it...according to the menu it was supposed to. However, I didn't have time to send it back....it's called work, maybe the kitchen staff should try it!
I can't imagine trying to eat quickly in this place. It wasn't the waitress' fault, however, the management should maybe call in Gordan Ramsey! TICK TOCK TICK TOCK...
