I was very disappointed in the beginning. I was told a technician would be at my house by 8a, then 9a, then 10a. Someone finally arrived at 10:45a. Then after the shock of the total bill, I was promised 10% off and never recieved the discount, and I had a coupon that I told the dispatcher about and my technician told me it was too late and he couldn't accept my coupon.
Hope I win my money back. Josh was very informative

Cons: Expensive, Didn't get discount i was promised!
