We used this facility for daycare and boarding extensively before discovering that it had been eclipsed. Yes, these are nice people and they will keep your dog for you. But the ratio of staff to dogs is quite low and the dogs are packed together in a very crowded area. You don't generally see the area where the dogs are kept, so you don't realize that they are often there with no staff in the area with them... the staff are at the desk, or grooming a dog, or doing other tasks besides actually supervising the dogs. Another problem is that the place is extremely noisy from the barking, which isn't the case everywhere, and which is a sign of crowding and stress. There are better options in Atlanta.
