Initially I was very impressed with the response when my AC went out especially when they sent a technician over on a Friday night to adjust the repair since I had a house full of kids for a sleep over birthday party. However, I found out they left all the old parts in my attic from the technician. He said they would contact me the next week to remove the items because it wasn’t the level of work Champion did.
Well, I never heard from them and I’ve called several times to report the issue and they’ve never called back. So if they do work at your house make sure you take the time to inspect the work area to ensure they remove the old parts. Don’t be fooled with their over concern with sweeping the floor. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone now.
