The Capital Grille has proven itself to stand by the big steak houses by offering prime dry aged beef, outstanding service, incredible ambience, and an enormous and well-educated wine list. But with the creative and flavorful options for your steak like the Au Poivre, with peppercorn and Courvoisier Cream Sauce, or the Sliced Filet, with Chippolini Onions, Mushrooms, and Fig Essence, or their Roquefort Butter sauce for their sliced steak, the restaurant has passed anything this city has to offer.
