Review content:
The portions are large, but not up to the standards of the other steak houses. At another steakhouse I enjoyed, I was served two chops for what CG charged for one, for example, and my wife's veal chop had so much fat she had to trim about half of it away. Their much-touted wine collection is conspicuously geared towards expense accounts. The meat was okay but my steak au poive, though tasty, was by no means the best I have had. I ate nothing bad here and I had a nice meal. But at 77 dollars/person (I had a coupon that reduced that thank goodness), I expected more. One quirk: the lighting was way too low in the dining room. I could barely see my guests.
Pros: hard drinks, service, atmosphere
Cons: cost, food
