Review content:
One of my biggest pet peaves is inconsideration. Which I am sure people are well aware of and that is why they often fail to call when they say they will. Advanced foot care has proven to be no different. I am not a doctor going kinda gal. In fact, I avoid them.
I found that Dr. Stephen, since I would hate to either mispronounce or mispell his name was exceptional in his "bedside manner" he was also very accurate inobtaining what was needed (as far as what I am aware he needed) for testing. The office staff were kind and the humor in the office was what actually brought me back after the intial consultation. (not that I think my ugly feet are anything to laugh at...)
But I was told I would be contacted, I know my minor irritant is no major thing for them as compared to other patients they see, but I have an inquiring mind without the resources to test what I think is the problem. I was told to call and then when I did was asked why I called.
I was told they would call me...I am considerate and have waited long enough....
I sure that the ole saying "No news is good news" is the best I can hope for...
I don't think that anyone with anything serious would be made to wait.
Pros: humorous atmosphere, good bedside manner
Cons: not calling when they say they will
