Review content:
I normally don't like bad-mouthing people or companies on the Internet based on one or two bad experiences, but honestly, the people who work at Framingham Nissan, both in sales and in the service department, are criminals. My advice to you: Avoid them. I had a good feeling about the dealership initially, when I bought a used Nissan Versa from them. They seemed better and less sleazy than a lot of the other dealerships I had worked with. Once I bought the car, however, I quickly realized that pretty much everything they told me was a lie. They told me the car had new tires. It didn't. They told me their "customer loyalty program," as they ironically call it, included free oil changes for the life of the car. It doesn't. And the list goes on. And on. And on. Their customer service, as well, is a joke. I've never interacted with ruder people. I seriously wonder how they sleep at night. So, to sum up, never buy a car from the crooks at Framingham Nissan. Trust me, you'll thank me.
