We have had catfish from Texas to Lousiana and nothing comes close to the great taste of this catfish and you can get an All-You-Can-Eat meal!! They are deep-fried as are most fillets but these turn out so very lightly corn breaded and so light and airy that you hardly know you've eaten one! The salad bar is loaded with extras including delicious potatoe salad, homemade red (pinto) beans, and soup. This place is not fancy but has a nice country back woods laid-back atmosphere. You can tell the owners are really into the business as they help cook and serve plus they are very friendly. We are going to miss this catfish meal but will absolutely be eating here on each return trip to Eureka.
Pros: Best tasting catfish fillets we've ever had!!
Cons: Nothing except we wish this restaurant was closer to our home.
