After requesting quote online, I received emails from internet dept with price and a contact email from salesman. Price was several hundred dollars less than a neighboring Honda dealer for the same make/model/features! We spoke on the phone, and followup questions were rapidly answered via email. Mike Duncan was warm and kind, never being too pushy. He treated my parents well during the time when I was signing all the paperwork. I actually laughed and enjoyed my time with the sales manager (his name escapes me), sharing personal stories. The entire process was so smooth, start to finish. I will definitely return to Crown Honda, and sincerely thank them for the best car shopping experience I've had.
