I just purchased a new Honda van from Crown. The sales manager who worked with me on this purchase was straightforward,professional, fair, very attentive, & easy to work with.She did a very good job of steering me through the process of purchasing my new Honda. There were none of the games,double-talk,or bait & switch tactics that give car dealers a bad name from Ms. Mullens. She conducted herself very professionally throughout, & I give her high marks for her work with me on this.I'm pleased (again) with my overall buying experience at Crown. If they keep doing business in the manner they have over the last 20 + years I'll probably be a Crown customer for life.
