I've been riding for more than 15 years, started on a used '84 CR60 and some other dirt bikes, and then on to street. My current ride is a '06 CBR1000. This dealer has always taken great care of me. When I was young and my dad would bring me in the people their always treated me like I was important, not just my dad. When I was old enough to buy my own bike they gave me the best price I could find... I even tried to beat it.... For a minute or two I was unhappy when they told me that my old race bike was getting to old for them to work on, but they pointed out that even I had refered to it as my old bike and that the problem wasn't performing the work, but actually that they can't always get every part for an old bike. I thought this was crazy but accepted it and left. I went home and tried to find some parts myself and realized that they were right! I also found other people who had other shops work on there old bikes and it was like going into a hospital and dying there... they never got there bikes fixed because of these impossible to find parts but still had to pay for the work that was done! I am so glad that Lawrenceville Honda Yamaha didn't allow me or them to wind up in that kind of mess. After that I started thinking about the service that they gave me on all the other stuff I've had over the years and realized that they have always done the best they could to make sure I was safe and that my bike ran right. They even made me feel like my dad was still around one day when the service manager "yelled" at me for riding on bald tires. Ok, he didn't actually yell, but he did make me wake up and realize how dangerous my tires were. Recently, I was looking at buying another bike, this time a cruiser. I had already checked around and once again got the best price from them so I went in there the other day and asked for some help tricking it out. The guys in parts took alot of time to help me choose the right backrest and bags and pipes... They even have this cool windscreen measurer to make sure I don't have the wrong height. Needless to say, I signed the papers yesterday and have a beautiful new '09 VTX1300R in my garage which I will happily bring back to Lawrenceville Honda Yamaha for any work I need done on it! If you want to go to a place where the people really care about you, not just your money, this is it.
