The other day my a/c was making a weird sound and I remembered a seeing a sign saying $35 service calls. Like a lot of people money is tight so I called them up and they came out. Their worker seemed friendly and inspected my a/c. About 20 minutes later he walked back in with a laundry list of problems with the cost being several hundred dollars to repair.
I couldn't afford that much and then he tried to pressure me into him doing the work. I got frustrated and told him i'd get back with him. I called another local company whom were very prompt. Came out inspected my a/c and even went into the attic which Natural Air didn't do. And found nothing wrong accept a dirty air filter.
I was so upset how this company can offer $35 knowing full well they are basically trying to get a foot in the door then their hands in your pocket. I can see many other naive or unsuspecting people falling for this scam.
I wish there was a no star option because 1 star is more credit than these crooks deserve!!
