Review content:
I have liked going to this place on Sundays for Bingo with friends, but even after 8pm, sometimes 9 or 10 pm, there are parents with children on the bar side of the restaurant. These kids are playing the bingo game where liquor and beer are given as prizes.
Last night I happily made my opinion known to one family who was neglecting their toddler and had their other 2 children in a smoky bar where people were drinking, cussing, and doing what people typically do in a bar.
I realize it's a restaurant and bar, but after a certain hour, it becomes a bar mainly, and underage patrons should not be let in. Especially when their parents are letting the 2 yr old wander into a totally separate dining room and not watching her at all.
They said they know the owner, I hope they do tell the owner that we made our opinion known. I am not in the mood to deal with crying toddlers and parents with a total inability to watch their youngest, while I intended to go to a bar and have the company of other adults.
If you go to a bar on a school night, get a BABYSITTER. It's not rocket science.
Pros: Good food
Cons: Too expensive, slow service, kids in bar area ALWAYS
